Cancellation policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival with a 100% refund.

Rules

❗️ There is a strict smoking ban in the apartments

❗️ No parties or events

❗️ Additional guests must be approved before their stay.

❗️ No pets allowed

❗️ It is strictly forbidden to install hoses or other modifications to washbasins. No liability is accepted for water damage.

❗️ Kitchen appliances and lights must not be left on all the time and must be switched off overnight.

❗️ It is not permitted to place aluminum foil on the stove or in the kitchen. Any damage caused by this will be charged to the guest.

❗️ We ask you to observe the night's rest from 22:00-07:00 in the house.

❗️ Used toilet paper belongs in the toilet. Never throw wet wipes, dental floss, hair or similar objects down the toilet or sink! Any blockages must be charged for.

❗️ Close all windows and doors and switch off the lights when you leave the apartment.

❗️ Please take care of our appliances and furniture. Any damage must be reported immediately
